Findzia provides AI-powered product searches using text or images, shopping guidance, and links to third-party retailers. We sell access to our digital service, not the physical products shown in search results.

  1. Using the service

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You may not misuse the service, bypass search limits, manipulate payments, or use automated tools to access Findzia without permission.

You must have permission to upload any images or other content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and authorise us to process it through our service providers as necessary to fulfil your requests.

  1. Free searches and search packs

Eligible guests receive 10 free searches without signing in. This allowance is not renewed by creating an account or repeatedly registering.

Our search packs are:

• 20 searches: USD 4.99, one-time purchase.
• 50 searches: USD 9.99, one-time purchase.
• 100 searches: USD 17.99, one-time purchase.

Purchased search credits do not expire and remain available until used.

Each new text or image search uses one search credit. Submitting a refined search or requesting additional results may also use a credit. Viewing existing results, sorting them, and saving products do not use search credits.

The total payable, including applicable taxes and any currency conversion offered at checkout, is shown before you confirm payment.

  1. Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms:

Paid access or search credits are added to your signed-in Findzia account after payment is confirmed. If your purchase is not applied, contact [email protected] with your receipt or transaction reference.

  1. One-time purchases

Each search pack is paid for once. Buying another pack requires a new purchase that you confirm. Free searches do not result in an automatic charge.

  1. Refunds

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or visit https://paddle.net. Include your purchase reference and a description of the issue.

Refund requests are handled through Paddle in accordance with its applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights.

  1. Search results and AI guidance

Results and AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We do not guarantee a particular number of results, the lowest price, product authenticity, or availability.

Check the retailer’s product details, final price, delivery charges, availability, and return terms before purchasing. AI guidance is informational and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

  1. Third-party retailers

Purchases of physical products are made directly with the relevant retailer. That retailer is responsible for the sale, payment, delivery, product warranties, and returns under its own terms.

A listing in Findzia does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the retailer.

  1. Availability and account restrictions

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or third-party provider availability.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

These provisions do not limit remedies you are entitled to under applicable law.

  1. Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms and our search packs. Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase will be communicated in advance as required by law. Price changes will not retrospectively change completed purchases.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
